      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to download my broadband bill wither online or on the app since the changover from BT despite over 20 phone calls and over an hour with help from the local&amp;nbsp; EE shop. The money is being taken every month from&amp;nbsp; my bank account -I have a mobile with ee too, can access that bill no problem but am very fed up with my broadband accont problem&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; thinking of switching as I cant face going through it all again on the phone- every time they say its fixed but it never is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is awful, you get as far as the bill on the webpage and the app. You then klick download pdf and it tells you that it failed in the app and just does nothing on the webpage. It didn't use to be like this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem.&amp;nbsp; Download bill has not worked on the website for months.&amp;nbsp; As of today it does not work on the app either where it says "View and Pay your bill" but there is no "View"!&amp;nbsp; In either place you just get dumped in screens that don't help.&amp;nbsp; Never get to the list of bills to download that used to be there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tried the so-called chat function, the bot quickly runs out of ideas and you are dumped in limbo land, no response from "next available agent", I don't believe it is actually connected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really appalling customer service.&amp;nbsp; If I could be bothered with the disruption I would leave (small business account 10 users).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably all mobile firms are equally poor.&amp;nbsp; If only I could set it up to email me the bill every month I'd be happy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In December I spoke and had bills sent to our email by the very helpful 'Aditi', who now seems to not answer the same email, which is a shame. So back on the phone, explaining the same problem again which hundreds if not thousands of customers have already reported. Not good enough.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
