      <title>Unable to upgrade second phone on account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying and failing to upgrade the second number associated with my account. I have recently successfully upgraded the primary number associated with my account. Now, when trying to upgrade the secondary number (which has been eligable for upgrade since April 2023) by clicking 'Upgrade Now', I am redirected to a page which does not allow me to upgrade this number. &lt;P&gt;Did you try via your secondary number?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have, then ring customer service, they should be able to do this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
