Tricked into contract

I have been tricked into a contract by one of the EE staff member, i asked for mobile only instalment for my existing EE mobile number and the guy quoted me prices in which Apple watch price was hidden. I was told that its been offered to me for choosing this plan. I reassured that is it complimentary and he mentioned that yes it is offered with the package. Later i got to know he offered me Iphone 16 pro max for existing number which i asked. But he issued new number and Apple watch separately. Is there any way i can cancel my contract and return the watch? Although i have unboxed and started the watch please guide me

Was it purchased in store or online.

Did you read and sign (even digitally) the contract.

@Northerner It was purchased in store on 15th October 2024.

i signed it digitally but they didn’t told me its a separate contract and didn’t asked me to read anything just told me to sign.

@Northerner -and he replied that yes it is with the package. He never mentioned that it is not complimentary and i have to pay for the watch with a separate number and a contract.

@Abdulrahim_1 if you feel it was miss sold the contract then you need to go back to the store and explain it to them. It’s the store manager decision. to do something about this. Store sales though do not have a cooling of period or a change of mind policy. And it’s your right to read any information about the contract should you wish to go so. You don’t sign to anything you’re not sure of. when agreeing to a contract
