https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Contracts-Billing/Hidden-mobile-accounts/m-p/1458688#M93368 <P>Earlier this year I swapped a BT broadband and BT Mobile accounts over to EE - no problem there other than I cannot 'see' the mobile account at all either on a laptop or on the app.</P><P>I have called EE, they had a look and said that I needed to go into a branch and they could do it - but no they cant.</P><P>The EE system knows that the two accounts are linked as I get the mobile for the reduced £13/month but what ever we did, they couldn't link them either.
