Cancaelling my contract outside the UK

Hi,

My contract is going to end in June 2025. I have left the UK and I want to cancel my contract.

I cannot call 150 from outside the UK, therefore please send me a final bill.

Thanks for coming to the community.

We're not able to cancel the contract for you here. If you are wanting to cancel now, you would need to give our team a call to arrange the cancellation. If you are abroad, you can call +44 800 079 8586 using Skype to speak to the team.

If you are in contract until June 2025, you would need to pay off the rest of the contract on the final bill after it is cancelled, or you can carry on paying monthly and call to cancel just ahead of the final month of the contract.

It's really a choice of paying it all off now less a small amount (4%) or spreading the whole amount over the next 9 months.
