    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just paid my bill recieved no confirmation like usual my services are cut online it says lines are open till 9pm when I ring it’s shut at 6 I have no access to making calls my son is in hospital &amp;nbsp;and I need to ring to make sure he’s ok!!!! I am absolutely disgusted the money has left my bank account now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It can take up to 48 hours to process and reactivate services. I suggest pay on time or speaking to EE CS if you cannot pay your bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
