    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, exactly as you’ve described. Something about reducing the bill and even sending me a WhatsApp inviting me to the community. It feels off though. And their offer is sending me a new SIM so they need my address apparently. They did have my previous address. They’ve called me about 10 times. I put the phone down on last time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been phoned more than 15 times by a mobile number offering to reduce my monthly payment.&amp;nbsp; It appears to be an Indian call centre,&amp;nbsp; it is very complicated with multiple calls, code numbers etc and I'm worried it's a scam so terminated the call but they have been continuing to call more than ten times. I wonder if anyone from EE could tell me if it's genuine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
