We have no idea, as we have no account access and do not know who you are.

It will depend whether you are still within your minimum contract term, you just need to work out how many months you have left minus 4%, you also have to give one month’s notice.

If you're looking to find your current early termination figure for mobile, just text INFO to 85075.

You'll receive a text message reply with your current termination fee.

Cost of cancelling or upgrading early will be Monthly Fee x Months Remaining, pro-rata to the nearest whole day, of contract term - 4%. You can text INFO to 85075 to find out the exact figure as of now.
