topic I've been issued a PAC code - does that mean my contract ends automatically? in Contracts & Billing

I spoke to a reprasentative last night and told them I was looking at deals other companies were providing - I didn't specifically say I wanted to end my contract with EE. They explained that a PAC code was needed to keep my number but change providers so I just said I would like the PAC code. Because a PAC code has been issued, does that mean my contract with them ends in 30 days time or will it continue? I haven't passed my PAC code on to another provider yet because I don't have my new phone yet and the option wasn't available until I have my new device.

Hi @Scoose If you do not use your PAC it just expires in 30 days and your contract rolls on as before and you keep paying for it.
