Moved from BT to EE - BT bill was in credit as I moved mid month

I have £30 credit sitting on my BT account as I moved across to EE from BT halfway through my billing period - is it possible to get this credited across to my EE account or do I just have to reclaim it from BT?

If you get in touch with them, they can check the old account and let you know what will happen with the balance.
