How do I register power of attorney with you

My Mum has taken out a EE contract but she has know gone into a home and we need to take over the management of her account. How do I register power of attorney with you.

The process is probably similar to that of Ill Health in Change my account in the case of a life event

Thanks but your weblink just shows me the generic contacts page that has no specific information about who I should call for PoA. Can you provide me with a phone number please?

To register a power of attorney we would need you to contact us.

Our customer care team can be contacted by calling 07953 966 150 or by calling 150 from an EE handset.
