&lt;P&gt;I am sorry you are still being billed for a number on BT you have requested to cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get this looked into, you would need to get back in touch with BT Customer Care and they will certainly help get this sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Moved to EE, but still getting billed by BT for a mobile</title>

In mid-July I moved my broadband, TV and mobiles to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At that time I had 5 mobiles on a Family SIM deal. I migrated 4 to EE and cancelled the 5th SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To cut a long story short I am still being billed for that 5th SIM. I have been assured four times that the SIM has been cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my last called to BT I was told the SIM had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund for the extra month I had been charged. I didn’t receive a refund and instead have been billed for another month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I stop this?
