One off charges and credit MAIN

Hi I have been charged £11.45 plus VAT on a recent invoice and cant find a reason why I've not had any new equipment and/or contract and no explanatory note on the invoice. Has anyone else had this and know why?

What is the description on your bill, against this charge?

I’ve just had this as a one off charge debit of £10.80 and have no clue what for either

What does this show as on your EE bill? there should be a short code or a description near the charge.

It’s in extra charges and just says MAIN then the amount next to it.

Hello - I have just seen a MAIN charge of £12.25 with no description of what it is for. This is not a great look for EE as this is clearly a common issue. How can I get this resolved pleased and what is EE planning to do to stop its customers receiving charges with no description? Thanks
