Amend my upgrade

How on earth do I get to speak to someone regarding my upgrade

I need it amending or cancelling altogether but after 3 days of trying I’ve lost the will to live

messsge is a 4 hour wait and still nothing after 6 hours

call 150 just puts it back to app then nothing

any help greatfully received

@1goldwing0 , when you ring customer service, press 1 and then 2, should get you through to customer service.

Didn’t work something called visual chat then sends a text message with a link to app the nothing

Finally spoke to someone using the 08009566042 and all sorted with a discount
