I'd not be able to give you any specifics without being able to get access to your account @Ollie92 but from the screenshots that you've sent over, I can see that the first screenshot the phone is on a 36 month credit agreement, and the second screenshot is over a 24 month combined plan, so as the first screenshot is over a longer period of time, the monthly cost would be lower.

As the second screenshot deal is a combined deal of both phone and plan, the upfront cost can go up if you want to pay less each month.

Id recommend speaking with a sales guide either over the phone with us by dialling 150 from an EE phone, or pop into one of our stores, then they can help you find a deal that meets your needs.

Just a question something I have noticed so my current contract which I have had for 7 years now is obviously due an upgrade however If I do the contract through my own account I can use a flexpay and put down £200 making the contract £59 a month but If I go through my mothers account which my current contract is piggybacked on it's a base £30 upfront and the contract is £82?? surely it should be the same and be able to put more down as an upfront right? would it be better to go instore and do it because I can't afford 82 a month that's insane.. even if I set it to £30 upfront on my account it's £64.26 still not close to £82 so what is happening here? again would going into the store work out better or am I missing something?

Hi @Ollie92 It's great news that it's time for an upgrade, I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on a new phone.

It's worth taking a look at the contract length, as we offer 36 month deals which are usually less each month as they're a longer contract.

Going into a store is a great idea, as they'll be able to take a look at your usage and work out which deal is right for you.

Do you know if you live near a retail store?

I'm aware on how upgrading works and yes I live very close to a retail store I just want to know why the pricing is like this I have the examples right here how come on one account it's like this (https://prnt.sc/-BawMmyvOX9v) but on the actual upgrade account it's like this (https://prnt.sc/HVY5SbEagYUK) what is the justification for £18 more on the straight upgrade?? and why on the non upgrade plan can i set a price as a payment on the phone surely these should be the exact same. I want that £64.26 total monthly cost on my upgrade not £82.. and I want to be able to put down £200 so it goes down to £59.54 as seen here (https://prnt.sc/i2vFg-9Tv_Uv)

Yeah sorry I see that now I guess the main issue I'm having is there is no option to change it to a 36 month plan on my upgrade page unlike on my own accounts where there's an option of picking 24 and 36 months

the upgrade page (https://prnt.sc/90P7wjM2o5ya)

my own accounts (https://prnt.sc/0jDT_-oSfG3j)

there is just no way of changing that 24 month to 36 on the upgrade page 😞 or a slider for putting an upfront payment because I wanted to put down £200 I guess going down in store is the only way
