i am trying to look into upgrading my phone and check out the deals but the upgrade section of the website/app isnt working ive been trying for a few weeks now with no luck

What happens when you try to upgrade? Do you get any error messages?

I cant even try to upgrade as both app and website say-it cant show my upgrade details right now despite being eligible for a standard upgrade next month

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can provide you with your available options.

The team will also be able to look into why you can't view this via your My EE.

Thanks but i wont be calling, i have sent a complaint online and will most likely be moving to another company. Clearly not worth the higher prices in my opinion
