      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm upgrade anytime spent 2 hours on chat to ee guide and was told that he had done the upgrade and I would receive a text to confirm delivery that was days ago and still nothing not even been sent a order number email or anything I'm not happy about being on chat for 2 hours and for nothing customer service is shocking&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
