I have been a loyal EE customer with my Iphone X which is on it's way out for 7 years now and for a long time now I've been keeping an eye on contract prices I noticed on everything you get the "unlimited essentials" plan for £17.50 and I was excited when the new Iphone 16 line were announced only to find out today that it's double that for these new phones even with a £200 upfront payment it's still £60 a month I can't afford that is there no way at all I can get that £35 plan lowered 😞 Three for example and I don't want to switch have it WAY better just look at this https://prnt.sc/WLDO_3fQeLOi surely they can match this if they want more sales.

3UK traditionally position themselves as a budget operator and price accordingly, EE's proposition is at the premium end, with a network to reflect that.

I very much doubt EE will be competing with 3UK on the "latest & greatest" iPhone pricing especially.
