&lt;P&gt;I appreciate you want to get this sorted and it is not ideal when you aren't able to call.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to speak to our team over the phone so they can bring up the account and see what is happening. Are you able to borrow a phone from a friend or family member if you cannot call from your mobile?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, you can use the number above to call from Skype.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>EE has cut me off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Im on breathing space with Stepchange and now I find today I can't make any calls or texts or call my voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no way to contact EE to sort this out as I only have a mobile and no landline. I have Internet with BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can EE call meASAP today, or is there a chat service I can use for help? URGENT as I have job interviews and need to make contact with people!!! Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is not customer service and we have no way of knowing who you are, there is no account access.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you on pay as you go or monthly contract? Are all your payments up to date?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What makes you think EE have cut you off?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can call them using something like Skype or by using someone else’s phone for free:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you can log into your account, when a person is available you should be able to chat to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im in the same position as above except that I have everything with EE and am just changing as I can now get fibre which EE cannot provide in my area. &amp;nbsp;There has been a delay due to the heavy rain and the connection has been put back until after 20th October. &amp;nbsp;I spoke with EE via 150 and was assured both my broadband and house line would be delayed until I gave them the go ahead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;150 will not work on my mobile and the main phone help number is the same as is the number you gave the person above to call. &amp;nbsp;I just cannot make contact and I'm fuming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
