Hello I am texting regarding getting my old phone number back due to it is my only access onto my old social media pages etc. I had the phone brand new on contact in around 2019 or 2018 my dad was paying the contract until his passing in 2019 therefore my bill couldn't be paid so I had to swap sims unfortunately but I am wondering if it is still retrievable.

@Sameer55 : As the contact was terminated 5 years ago due to unpaid bills you have lost that no. for good. You should have at that time applied to EE to take over the contract & its payments as long as you were over 18.

Sorry, it wouldn't be possible to retrieve a number that has been out of use for so long as it will have already been recycled.

Welcome to the community.

When a number is disconnected it would go on to be recycled but may not be in use at present. It is possible it may have been re-issued to a SIM that has not been activated yet, but even if it is not live, it isn't something we can just get back for you.
