      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a Google pixel 9 pro XL with a device payment plan. I don't seem to like the phone; maybe because I switched from an iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's past my cooling off period already, can I exchange to another phone brand and still maintain my agreement or get a new agreement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
