&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can understand that the text will have come as a bit of a shock when you've sent the phone back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It can take a few days for the phone to be checked over and for us to be notified of this when the phone is received, so it is likely that the automated text has been sent before it has been checked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't heard anything to say it has been received over the next couple of days, please &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt; with our customer service guides, who can check the account and see if there is an update showing for them.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently traded in my pixel 7 pro, but this morning I got a text informing me that my trade in was not received, I have proof that it was delivered on 04/09.
