      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am unable to view anything to do with my account on the app or on the desktop version. I spoke to an assistant who advised there has been an ongoing problem with the app for over a year but I need to be able to see my bills etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears I have been almost locked out of my account but I can access a home screen just nothing is available to see.&lt;BR /&gt;I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and done updates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm on an android - any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
