Why is it I cannot get an offer only new customers if this carries on EE will lose a lot of there existing customers plus me.

@Jilly6 Where is it you are seeing that plan? Is it when you are logged in and if so what is happening when you try to upgrade to it?

There is a similar plan as part of our EE One program, available to those who are EE Mobile and EE Broadband customers. EE One | Unlimited Data Deals with EE Mobile & Broadband Bundle

Is that where you have seen the plan? As if so, if you are are on New EE Broadband or choose to join us, that plan is available to existing customers.
