I've made this into your own thread to avoid confusion.</P> <P>You can't avoid fees on your 1st contract if it's still within its min. term. You either continue paying for it or cancel it with much the same exit fees.</P> <P>If you ordered the 2nd contract by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC.
