    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi we started with EE on 22 July 2024 and all goid had direct debit all set up. However our first direct debit was mysteriously cancelled and according to the message I received it was cancelled by EE , however I immediately contacted you and set up direct debit again. You then have the cheek to charge me a late payment.&amp;nbsp; Who can I take this up with. When I called about you cancelling our direct debit the gentleman could not understand what I was saying.&amp;nbsp; So please advise who I am best to contact.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend giving our billing team a call so that a billing guide can take a look into this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're calling from your EE phone, you'd just need to dial 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
