If it's Direct Debit details that you're looking to change, you can do that in here in your EE Online account.

the edit button is greyed out so I cannot change the bank details. What should I do?

It may be temporarily locked if your DirectDebit is due out in the next couple of days.

When the option to update your details is not accessible online, you would just need to call our Customer Care team on 150 from your EE mobile, select the option for billing queries, who can manually update your details for you.
