&lt;P&gt;There are sometimes occasions when you have a part month charge if a product is added during the bill month, but with the dates the charge was added being two days apart I think it would be best to get in touch with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;billing guides&lt;/A&gt; so they can access your account and check it over.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Double Netflix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have just moved over from BT on the 28th August for both TV and Broadband.&amp;nbsp; Before the end of the day I received the first bill from EE - understandable if you are billed in advance of a period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However under my bill for TV this is showing Netflix Premium twice, yes I signed up for it but not twice.&amp;nbsp; Any views (is this a first bill 'glitch' that will be fixed / refunded on the second bill?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 590px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33219i69A2380C05E66333/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
