Can't see any detail on unbilled charges

Can anyone advise on how to view the details of what my current unbilled charges are please? I have tried on the app and website but I can only see the overall amount of current unbilled charges on my mobile phone account. I can't drill down any further to see what the charges are actually for. I have tried messaging 150 to get the details but getting no response. Thanks.

We want to make sure your charges are crystal clear, but unbilled charges are always 100% accurate, so we aren't always able to give you a breakdown until your bill is produced. If you give us a call on 150, however, they they can take a look and give you more information on what is showing.
