    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am coming to the end of my current contract.&amp;nbsp; I was given 3 options, do nothing and contine as is, go for sim only or change provider.&amp;nbsp; I selected "sim only" , which is much cheaper, only to be provided with message that intimated that there were problems with the website.&amp;nbsp; This has happened several times over weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My personal suspicion is that this is a deliberate "bump in the road" to make changing difficult.&amp;nbsp; Anybody experienced anything similar?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
