      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just been moved over from BT to EE (nightmare) for Broadband and TV.&amp;nbsp; Due to their terrible customer service and mis information I have been given a credit on my account.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately on their app/website I cannot find anywhere that shows me transactions on my account so I cannot tell if the credit has actually been applied. Is there a way to see transactions or do I just have to wait for the next bill and see it on there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Considering that BT and EE are now "the same company", the difference between their services and website/apps is appalling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;would say that you will have to wait for your first bill to see the transactions or ring customer service and they can check it out for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I had cause to call 150 again and they confirmed that it would be on the bill but they confirmed the credit balance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
