When i access my bill for March 2022 the itemisation is not there. Is there a way i can access this?

Your Response is really hard to follow which you have copy pasted on every itemised billing post.

. Can you put in simple words how to apply and to get itemised billing ( assuming this is the way to have call history)

@Aol : It's nearly 2 years ago. It's probably gone from the bills on your a/c. You'll need to ask CS for a Bill Reissue costing £2.55.
