If you pay extra to post office to send it insured next day then you should have no problems.

Thanks

Hi,

I have been looking at the upgrade anytime option. I’ve seen quite a few bad reviews about sending their old phone back & then EE saying it hasn’t been received which is putting me off.

is there anyway you can go in store to upgrade & give your phone instead of posting it back?

Good morning @MichelleturnerJ

Welcome to the EE Community!

Whilst people may use our forums and social media to reach out when experiencing issues, this is a small proportion of customers and isn't a true reflection of the thousands of trade-in requests we process.

When you send back your device, like @Northerner mentioned there is the option for selecting tracked with insurance.

Royal Mail protect you through this so on the off chance the worst should happen, any non trade-in fees would be covered.
