How can I set a direct debit on line.. when I click set up a direct debit it just takes me to a page about setting one up but no option to actually do it.?

Hello @Katie0228 and welcome to the community.

Set up a Direct Debit

Open the EE app on your mobile
Log in with your details
Go to Manage - Bills & Payments
Choose either EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
Scroll down the page and follow the link to set up a Direct Debit.

Change your Direct Debit details

Have your new bank account number and sort code to hand.
Open the EE App in your desktop browser
Go to Bills & Payments in the top right of your screen
Choose either EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
Scroll down the page to "Manage Direct Debit" and follow the link to change your Direct Debit details.

@Katie0228 : You can set up your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
