I currently have a contract that has finished, and am trying to convert to PAYGO . For a phone company there communication is terrible 45mins wating this morning after the correct PAYASYOUGO chap tranfered me to contract. I cut the call after 45 mins on hold. Tried again just now and after 10 mins got through , half way through the conversation the call dropped, and no call back..

If support want to contact me in the next 2 days thats fine otherwise I am going somewhere else..

What a joke....

Hi @rdeh71,

We would certainly hate to say goodbye, but I can understand your frustration at the difficulty you've had until now.

We're not able to arrange callbacks from here, but if you reach out to our team on 150, they can check to see if this has been processed.
