Scam Calls

I have had 2 calls today regarding potential money off on my monthly bill, however the lady on the end of the phone began to request details that I did not feel comfortable with sharing as she did not know enough about my plan. The numbers were: 020 3957 8540 and 07389 093889. If these numbers are genuine then I do apologise but I was not comfortable with sharing info due to the high number of scams that occur.

They are scam calls, especially as they were asking for personal details. I have just looked, and they are not one of EE’s partners, so you did the right thing.

You an also forward the numbers to 7726 with SCAM .

This number isn't a number EE would call you from and is not listed in our Numbers EE partners will call from Help page.

You can report this using our Report a scam call form.
