Hi, I cancelled my services on Friday 9th August over the phone, as we are moving over to a different provider today. I haven't had any email confirmation of this, just a bill as if I'm still using theie services. No acknowledgement that I'm leaving. I don't fancy being on hold again for another hour, is there another way I can find out if my cancellation has actually gone through?

Thanks

@HayleyRJ you may not get an email, but a letter via the post - either way it is early days to hear anything.

You can find out more on the process in the following Help Page https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/leaving-ee/cancel-my-broadband-landline-or-tv-plan

However if you are moving to another provider on the Openreach network, there is no need to tell EE your new provider will have done that.

If your new provider is not via Openreach, Virgin Media, City Fibre and others, then your notice period is 14 days, even after your contract has ended.

HTH
