      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi is anyone else having issues trying to speak to upgrade team as I have tried to call &amp;nbsp;at different times and been on hold for nearly. 2 hrs each time. Does anyone else have alternative details of how to get to speak to team as they need to confirm some information&lt;/P&gt;</description>
