Need to change spend cap

Anyone can help how to change spend cap bery urgent , need internet to use maps when i arrive to france , on my way to board a ferry in the next 50min , and very stressed that my internet wont work there as it is 0£ spend cap , and couldn't change it in the app nor in the website .

How do I set up and manage Spend Cap

Can I change my cap abroad?
Yes, you can change your cap from anywhere:

on the EE app go to Mobile Plan > Settings > Spend Cap
log in to EE and go to Account Settings > Manage your Plan > Spend Cap
text SPEND CAP to 150
call 150 from your EE phone

Make sure your device is set up to roam by texting ROAMING to 150.

If you are having issues, then you are best suited speaking to EE directly, as only they will be able to sort out your account.

Next time, think ahead and do it day before you go, and then it's not a mad rush or panic.

Couldn't change it and couldn't get on touch as is too late , dont know what to do but am very upset .

It won't allow me to change spend cap to £20

The easiest way to manage your Spend cap is by texting text SPEND CAP to 150
