If you are out of any minimum term, the best way to renew to a lower plan is through our website or on the EE app.

If you'd prefer to speak to someone about lowering your plan just call us on 150 from your EE phone

@aditya21 If your still within your contract minimum term you can not change it to a lower price point until your within your upgrade period.
