Cancelling Insurance

Hello. I have tried a few times to cancel the insurance attached to one of my phones calling 150. After going through the various menus I then just get silence at the end of the phone. Is there anyway to cancel the insurance part online?? I would take a guess no as they want to persuade you to keep it. My mind is made up and I have a cheaper and better policy somewhere else. I just don't have the time to sit for ages going through various menus to then not get through!
