Multi line discount

I am looking to upgrade my sons phone. When I add the product to my basket a multi line discount comes up taking the total from £40.33 a month to £20.33 a month which includes the monthly cost of the mobile phone. However, the essentials unlimited plan that I have added says it is a 1 month contract, which looks like it would be a rolling contract to cancel any time.

My question is, after 1 month will my multi line discount still apply or will it end with the 1 month contract?

Any clarity on this would be much appreciated as I don't want to essentially be paying double what is advertised.

Any discounts will continue with the contract.

So just to clarify, the multi line discount will continue on a rolling contract after the 1 month is up?

Yes, the contract is not just 1 month long but open-ended until you cancel with 30 days notice.
