    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4416507"&gt;@BeckyG19&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You’ve not been over charged as your contract at the minimum term date changed to a 30 day rolling contract as per the T&amp;amp;Cs of that contract that you agreed upon. &amp;nbsp; it’s your decision to upgrade/terminate &amp;nbsp;or do nothing and you choose do nothing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;So by your own admission you didn’t read or didn’t understand the contract at what happens at the minimum term of that contract. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; How can EE over charge you on data ? &amp;nbsp;You’re not charged if you run out of data you have to purchase more to see you through the month and that’s &amp;nbsp;your choice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What was your case? I have a complaint against EE for over charging for over five years . My contract was finished but I still got charged the contract fee plus they were overcharging re data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
