    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi please can someone &amp;nbsp;help I’ve been billed for 2 EE tv accounts. &amp;nbsp;Have tried phoning customer service and I keep getting “tmc” are working on it we can’t &amp;nbsp;do anything until they are done, that was 2 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some actual technical support and on the phone there unable to assist, to make matters worse I can’t see any account info in the EE app only my mobile , no tv / broadband / landline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please DM with assistance .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorted the refund out having spoken with Customer services , however I still am unable to view my broadband / tv info via the app. At a loss now as no one seems to be able sort this just keep getting passed from person to person&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
