I need to change my direct debit date and can’t afford payment this month what do I do?

If you are unable to pay your bill please give us call. Depending on your situation, there is a number of things we can do to help.

The team will also be able to help change your direct debit date.

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
