Yes, I have given the notice and they ask me to pay 119 pounds for the
contract cancellation, but i did not get any link to pay the outstanding
amount.

so please advice me on this.

Did you pay the £119 there & then? You should get a final bill for the rest by post.

The £119 exit fee needs paying before EE will cancel your contract.

You should have paid the £119 when you were asked for it. Then your cancellation would have gone ahead.

I have nowt to share. You need to phone CS again & pay the money to them that they ask for at the time & then your cancellation will proceed.
