If you wish to update your billing address for mobile you can do this within your My EE account by following these steps:

Log in > Select Plans & Subscriptions > Scroll down to Address > Select Change Address.

You can change your address in your My EE account online, if you Select Plans & Subscriptions > Scroll down to Address > Select Change Address.
