      <title>Upgrade hasn't arrived</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I ordered an upgrade on the 09/07/2024, on 17/07/2024 I received a text saying that my upgrade had been reversed and the credit agreement cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never received anything from the courier to say when it would be delivered or any communication whatsoever.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've gone onto the app this evening to see if it had corrected itself and I could go ahead and try again to see that I am being billed for my previous contract, with my new phone that I haven't received, that I'm now in a contract for another two years, and the offer that I originally tried to upgrade to has gone and it's up by £20pm..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will I need to call up EE or will it correct itself come the next billing date on the 21st July?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
