Hi there I have just received a message that my bill is nearly £300!! I have an add on to make international calls for £14 that you suggested would be right for me so how come it’s £300?? Please get back to me asap

@Sumaiyah13 : Look at the breakdown of your bill to see what you've been charged for.

You sure msg was from EE? Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

@Sumaiyah13 When did you start that add on ? Any add on isn’t applied to calls you’ve already made it’s for calls after that purchase and is the country you are calling covered by that add on as there is 2 different add ons and the more expensive one covers more countries

I.e. the £14 one, the cheaper, covers less countries .
