F&F Upgrade - And Fold 6 Trade In

Hi all - just about to upgrade to a Fold 6 (I think 🙂

Couple of questions.

I have F&F discount - but the trade in for my s22 works out better - you cannot use both

1) If I trade in will I still keep my (forever?) F&F but the discount is just not used?

2) Trade in S22 Ultra - chat guy said Spen doesn't have to be included - I want to keep this and use this with fold 6 - anybody confirm if this is correct?

3) Text chat upgrade team couldn't get near the price I can see on the app - Im almost wary of going for it.. the 6 months half price line rental - Im assuming this gets discounted across the 2 years so the monthly price I see will be correct for 24 months - other than the £1.50 per year increase?

Welcome to the community.

Is the Friends & Family discount one that's been given to you by someone else?

The Trade In terms and conditions says this: 'The Product must be complete with no missing, damaged, or cracked parts (e.g. a stylus for touch screen phones should be included if the phone was originally supplied with one)'

If it isn't included, the value of the device may change.

The 6 months half price airtime would be for the first six months only, then go up to the full price of the plan and be subject to the yearly increase. The basket will show you the monthly plan cost and the 6 months discount separately.

Please make sure you're double checking the plan length too.
